Yara Maza

Yara Maza supports property operations across Hyperion’s portfolio, assisting with lease administration, tenant coordination, and day-to-day property management.

Yara began her career in retail management where she developed a strong foundation in customer experience, team leadership, and sales performance. She later transitioned into commercial property management, where she supported the operations of large-scale retail assets, including a 750,000 square foot regional shopping center. In her role, she assists with tenant onboarding, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and property reporting.

Yara studied Fashion Marketing and Merchandising at The Art Institute of Portland and is actively involved in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her three daughters, who participate in fastpitch softball and competitive cheerleading.
