Richard Goldman

Richard Goldman, is a Partner and Principal of HRC and the Co-Founder of Oakhurst Advisors, LLC, with over 30 active private funds and real estate debt and equity portfolios having a value in excess of $1.34 billion.
Previously, Mr. Goldman supervised the real estate department of an investment fund, which purchased and managed in excess of $250,000,000 of commercial property, including multifamily, industrial, retail, and office buildings. Prior to pursuing a career in investment management, Mr. Goldman practiced real estate law at the law firm of Goldman & Kagon.
Mr. Goldman received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California.
