Lisa Perry

Lisa Perry is responsible for lease administration and property operations across Hyperion’s portfolio, with a focus on driving asset value through strategic oversight, tenant engagement, and capital improvements.

Prior to joining Hyperion, Lisa held leadership roles with JLL, Prologis, and C.E. John, where she managed diverse portfolios spanning retail, office, and industrial assets across multiple markets in the Western United States. Throughout her career, she has managed 10+ mm square feet and directed several large-scale redevelopment projects, from ground-up development to repositioning assets for evolving tenant demand.

Lisa was a Regents' Scholar and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.  She is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, where she holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.  Lisa is actively involved in her community through local boards and organizations and volunteers as an Art Literacy teacher.
