Craig Mueller

Craig Mueller serves as Director, Asset Management & Leasing at Hyperion Realty Capital (HRC). In this capacity, Mr. Mueller oversees the execution of the business plans for each of HRC’s assets, including leasing, property management, construction management and redevelopment initiatives.

Prior to joining HRC, Mr. Mueller spent nearly 20 years at Sterling Organization (Sterling). During Mr. Mueller’s tenure, Sterling transformed from a syndicator with approximately 10 shopping centers to a vertically integrated private equity real estate fund manager with approximately $2bln of assets under management and over 65 retail assets comprising over 12 mm square feet throughout the United States.

Mr. Mueller held various roles at Sterling, most recently as Senior Managing Director, Leasing, where he was primarily responsible for management and oversight of Sterling’s lease and lease administration teams. He was also a member of the Investment Committees for Sterling’s retail funds. In prior roles, Mr. Mueller had direct experience in all aspects of commercial real estate investment, finance, leasing, management, accounting and construction.

Mr. Mueller graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
